Pain and Panic are a Crew Member in Disney Speedstorm. It is an Epic Crew Member which means it gives Bonus % to all Racer statistics (depending on the Crew Member star level), allows the player to start the race with 1 skill and amplifies the unique skill while used (Bomb, Hot-Headed). Pain and Panic are part of the Hercules Collection.

Pain and Panic are major supporting characters and secondary antagonists in Disney's 1997 animated feature film "Hercules". They are two little minions of Hades who do all the dirty for for him. Pain and Panic are magical beings which grants them the ability to shapeshift both fully and partially.
Pain is a fat red little imp with big sharp teeth who often gets attacked accidentally. Panic is a blue lanky little imp with long horns and a big nose who often comes up with a possible bad scenario to start being paranoid.
Pain and Panic's initial mission, ordered by Hades, is to kidnap the infant god Hercules. They succeed in their task but fail to administer the final drop of a potion meant to make him mortal and kill him. A sudden interruption by Aclemene and Amphitrion prevents them from completing their sinister deed. Oblivious to this, they later attack Hercules, disguised as snakes, only to discover that he still possesses his godly strength due to not consuming the last drop of the potion. Panic starts panicking about what Hades will do when he finds out about it, but Pain corrects him by saying, "If he finds out". Panic realizes the meaning and agrees that "If is good".
Years later, Megara mentions Hercules when recounting her unsuccessful recruitment of Nessus, the river guardian. This sparks Pain and Panic's memory of their failed attempt to kill Hercules as a baby, infuriating Hades. Nonetheless, they remind Hades that they did make Hercules mortal, providing him with an opportunity to eliminate the hero.
Pain and Panic transform into adorable children to lure Hercules into the Hydra's lair. Once Hercules defeats the Hydra, Hades unleashes his fury on the imps.
As Hercules gains fame, Pain and Panic purchase Hercules-themed merchandise, angering Hades further. Hades' frustration reaches a boiling point, causing an explosion.
They later transform into birds to spy on Hercules and Meg during a romantic night in a Grecian garden. Subsequently, they shift into a female winged horse to distract Pegasus and immobilize him. They willingly assist Hades in humiliating Hercules and provide evidence of Meg's allegiance to Hades by disguising themselves as the children who needed help in the ravine, misleading Hercules to the Hydra.
When Hercules frees the gods, Panic and Pain face the wrath of Hermes and Pegasus, being kicked and spanked for their deceitful actions. In their final scene, they discuss Hades' predicament in the River Styx, observing his struggles with an evil grin.
