Disney Speedstorm Wiki

Woody is a Disney Speedstorm Racer. He is classed as a Speedster and he is part of the Toy Story Collection.

Woody is Andy's favorite toy who is suddenly replaced by Buzz Lightyear. In Disney Speedstorm, his racing suit is predominantly blue which was inspired by his dark blue jeans from the original Pixar animated film. His famous cowboy hat and cowboy boots have been preserved in the game and transformed into more neutrally modern and suitable for racing. Woody also wears the red bandanna on his neck the same way his original counterpart does. A cowboy has to have a lasso which is why Woody's Unique ability allows him to catch opponents and move himself towards them.

Woody in the original Pixar film.

Woody is a cowboy toy who serves as the leader of the toys in Andy's room and enjoys a comfortable life as the center of attention. In the first "Toy Story" film, Woody is introduced as the favorite toy of a young boy named Andy, however, Woody's world is turned upside down when a new toy, Buzz Lightyear, arrives and threatens to replace him. Jealous and insecure, Woody's initial reaction is to rid himself of Buzz, but he eventually learns the importance of friendship and embraces Buzz as a comrade. Together, they overcome their differences and work to return to Andy. "Toy Story 2" sees Woody facing another challenge when he is accidentally placed in a yard sale and subsequently stolen by a toy collector. Woody discovers that he is part of a rare and valuable toy collection and is tempted by the idea of immortality behind glass. In "Toy Story 3", Woody and the gang find themselves in a new environment after Andy outgrows his toys and donates them to a daycare center. Woody, determined to return to Andy, leads the toys on an escape mission from the daycare.

Base statistics[]

These are the regulated Racer statistics players receive on level 15 (low-level), then when they are mid-level (30/50) and then when they are high level (45/50). These numbers can be increased by leveling the character and adding Crew Members to the Racer profile. However, the current numbers do not account for any Crew Member enhancements.

WoodyCrewBullseyeSticker Crew Members[]

Crew members are chips that amplify some of the Racer's stats. Players can choose up to 4 Crew Members (slots need to be unlocked with the character progression). All Crew Members are characters from the related Disney film. Woody currently has 15 Crew Members that players can choose from. Crew Members can be Common, Rare or Epic. Common Crew Members increase 2 of the Racer statistics and and strengthen 1 of their common Skills. Rare Crew Members have the ability to amplify 3 of the same statistics, give a skill bonus, and some of them also give extra Loot Point % bonus (needed for Mystery Boxes). Epic Crew Members are the most powerful as they boost all the Racer's statistics, let the Racer start the race with one of their common Skills, and also give a bonus to the Unique Skill of the Racer they are attached to (each Epic Crew Member is unique to one Racer).
